About Panoramic VR
Panoramic VR allows exploration through 360° from a location. As an
example, a retailer can show a tour of their showroom; a developer can
show building sites; a golf course can show scenic views.
The use of Panoramic VR tours is increasing as businesses realize the
advantages they offer. However, the equipment and software required to
take VR photographs and produce VR tours means only specialized website
developers offer them.
VR tours are created from a number of individual
photographs brought together to give the illusion of movement. As the
number of photographs increases so does the quality, image size and the
production time. Typically, a minimum of 15 individual photographs
are required.
These VR tours are then easily viewed in your website using a
QuickTime plug-in to your web browser.
